The promoter is Intatec Limited, company number 04359938, of Airfield Industrial Estate, Hixon, Stafford, Staffordshire, ST18 0PF, trading as Inta and Zilmet UK.
The promotion is administered by Reeves on behalf of Intatec Limited.
2. Promotion
This is a trade-only Instagram giveaway linked to football and tennis results.
A giveaway will be triggered by:
- an England or Scotland goal in the football tournament; or
- an Italian player winning a match at Wimbledon.
For each qualifying trigger, one 0.16L INOX-PRO will be given away to one eligible winner.
The total number of giveaways is not fixed. It will depend on match results.
3. Who can enter
The promotion is open to UK trade entrants aged 18 or over.
Trade entrants include installers, plumbers, heating engineers, merchants, trade counter staff, specifiers, contractors and other relevant plumbing, heating or building services trade professionals.
The promotion is not open to consumers.
Employees of Intatec Limited, Zilmet, Reeves, their agencies, suppliers and immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Winners may be asked to confirm their trade connection before the prize is sent.
4. No purchase necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Entry is free, although entrants are responsible for any normal internet or mobile data charges when using Instagram.
5. How to enter
To enter, entrants must respond to the relevant Inta or Zilmet Instagram giveaway post in the way stated in that post.
Entries by email, phone, post, direct contact with a sales representative or any route other than the stated Instagram entry method will not be accepted.
Automated, bulk or duplicate entries may be disregarded.
6. Football giveaway
For football, one 0.16L INOX-PRO will be given away for each England or Scotland goal.
Goals scored in normal time or extra time count.
Penalty shoot-out kicks do not count.
A penalty scored during normal time or extra time does count.
Own goals count if they are officially recorded in the match score for England or Scotland.
For each team, the football element ends when that team is knocked out of the tournament or wins the tournament.
7. Tennis giveaway
For tennis, one 0.16L INOX-PRO will be given away for each Italian player match win at Wimbledon.
This applies to Italian player wins in the main men’s and women’s singles draws, unless the relevant Instagram post states otherwise.
If the match is officially recorded as a win for an Italian player, it counts.
8. Entry period
Entries close 24 hours after the end of the relevant match.
Entries received after that time will not be included.
9. Prize
The prize is one 0.16L INOX-PRO.
There is no cash alternative.
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
If the stated prize is unavailable, the promoter may substitute a product of equal or greater value.
10. Winner selection
One winner will be selected at random for each qualifying goal or match win.
Each winner may only win once during the promotion.
If the same entrant is selected more than once, another eligible winner will be selected at random for the later giveaway.
Winners will be selected from eligible Instagram entries for the relevant giveaway.
The promoter’s decision is final.
11. Winner notification and delivery
Winners will be contacted through Instagram within five working days of the relevant closing time.
Winners must respond within seven days and provide the information reasonably needed to confirm eligibility and send the prize.
If a winner does not respond, is not eligible, or cannot reasonably confirm a trade connection, another winner may be selected at random.
Prizes will be delivered to UK addresses only.
12. Data
Personal data will be used only to administer the promotion, contact winners, confirm eligibility and send prizes.

Personal data may be shared with Reeves and delivery partners where necessary to administer the promotion and fulfil prizes.
13. Instagram and event disclaimer
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By entering, entrants release Instagram and Meta from responsibility for the promotion.
The football giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with FIFA, any football tournament organiser, or any official tournament body.
The tennis giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with The Championships, Wimbledon, or the All England Lawn Tennis Club.
14. General
The promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
