ActivStopLeak, Inta’s advanced leak detection and prevention system, has gained approval from the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS). The certification confirms that the device complies with the UK’s water safety standards..

Launched in early 2024, ActivStopLeak intelligently learns a user’s typical water usage, cutting off the water supply when irregular activity is detected – preventing leaks and associated damage. It has been designed to detect micro-leaks as small as 0.1 litres per hour—far surpassing current market alternatives, many of which only detect flows starting from 5 litres per hour. Its precision makes it a key solution for preventing unseen leaks, protecting properties from extensive water damage and reducing water waste.

For installers and specifiers, WRAS approval provides assurance that ActivStopLeak meets industry regulations and legal requirements.

This certification marks a significant milestone in ActivStopLeak’s timeline, positioning it as a leading solution in leak prevention. Installers can confidently recommend the product, knowing it addresses the growing need for water conservation and property protection.

Russia-Ukraine Statement

The condemnation and imposition of sanctions on Russia and Belarus in response to Russia’s military invasion of Ukraine will have enormous implications and an impact on global trade, particularly on commodities, for years to come. The effect of the war on the building material supply in the UK is still to be determined. However, the region including Russia, Ukraine and Belarus accounted for only 1.25% of building products imported into the UK last year.

Intatec Limited is committed to ensuring that products which we supply are not manufactured using any material sourced in Russia or Belarus.
