Commercial Magnetic Dirt and Air Separators

Description

The inta magnetic dirt and air separator, when installed in sealed central heating systems, is designed to remove any impurities in the water supply, improving system efficiency and ensuring uninhibited flow through out the system preventing costly service call outs and expensive system breakdowns.

Inta magnetic dirt and air separators feature a unique triple pass filter cartridge. As water enters the filter it comes into contact with the filter cartridge which slows the flow causing air bubbles to slow and stick to the gauze and dirt particles to fall to the bottom of the filter where they are retained by the 11,000 gauss magnet.

Air is discharged at system pressures of up to 10 bar. The magnet can be withdrawn from the filter with the system live and any trapped debris is easily removed from the drain cock at the base of the filter.

Russia-Ukraine Statement

The condemnation and imposition of sanctions on Russia and Belarus in response to Russia’s military invasion of Ukraine will have enormous implications and an impact on global trade, particularly on commodities, for years to come. The effect of the war on the building material supply in the UK is still to be determined. However, the region including Russia, Ukraine and Belarus accounted for only 1.25% of building products imported into the UK last year.

Intatec Limited is committed to ensuring that products which we supply are not manufactured using any material sourced in Russia or Belarus.
