Thermostatic mixing valves — also known as TMVs and anti-scald devices — blend hot and cold water to prevent injury from taps and showers, and reduce the risk of legionella bacteria.
At Inta, we have a wide range of stylish TMV showers which have thermostatic protection integrated into the shower fitting. Suitable for domestic settings, these showers deliver water at a maximum temperature of 41°C.
Thermostatic showers do not require an external TMV as the mixing and thermostatic protection occurs within the shower itself, making them quick and easy to install.
